| All prices are for the property and NOT per person and are based on a minimum of one weeks rental. Odd length stays are normally accommodated if required, and priced Pro-Rata. What is included:  Use of all towels and bedding Use of all towels and bedding

Cleaning between rentals (interim cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost)

Use of Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Iron etc
Use of all TV's, DVD's, music systems etc.Prior to your arrival our local management company will check the Villa and put on lights, fans and air-conditioning, if necessary 24hr Local Emergency Number
Your complete enjoyment and satisfactionOptions: Pool Heating - occasionally necessary in December, January, February and early March, £75.00 per week
Cot and High Chair Rental can be arranged for a total charge of £20.00
Airport meet and greet service (P.O.A.)
Welcome grocery pack (P.O.A.)Booking Conditions: Minimum rental period 7 nights (14 nights over Christmas and Easter)
25% Deposit due upon booking with balance due 8 weeks before arrival date
Refundable security damage deposit of £200.00 will be required with the final balance
