| Our villa is set on a good-sized, south facing, plot, within a safe, private and quiet residential estate, and backs on to a large lake. Yet within 10 minutes is the famous International Drive with its numerous restaurants, shops and attractions and Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away along the Osceola Parkway. All other attractions are also within easy reach. Only ½ mile away is a Wal-Mart supermarket and a multitude of other shops and fast food restaurants. Should you fancy a day at the beach, Cocoa Beach is less than an hour away. The house is fully equipped with many extras, here is a summary of some of its many facilities:  Air-conditioned throughout.  30ft heated pool, fully screened pool deck area with patio furniture. The pool is cleaned weekly. Family room with luxury three seater and two seater sofas, A 32" HD Colour TV (250+ cable channels!!!) - with full surround sound system - plus a DVD player with a growing collection of discs! Kitchen/breakfast room - extensively equipped, with cooker, microwave oven, American sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste-disposal, coffee maker and toaster. There is even a large washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board are also provided. A telephone with FREE calls to anywhere in Florida is available. FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET IS ALSO AVAILABLE. Formal dining area. Living room with pool view and access - fully furnished for relaxation with two three seater and one two seater sofas, coffee table and occasional tables, and a stereo system with an iPod docking station!!! This room can also be used as a 4th bedroom as one of the three seater sofas converts, easily, to a comfortable double bed Master bedroom suite - extremely large and spacious. Beautifully set out with an en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet. There is also a separate double vanity area. An additional cable TV and DVD/CD player are also installed. Guest room 1 - Double bed and large closet. A stereo CD player is installed. Guest room 2 - Twin beds and large closet. An additional TV and DVD/CD player are also installed. Guest bathroom. Home Security System. Double garage with electric door opener. All China, Cutlery, Cooking Utensils, Bed Linen and Towels are provided. A hairdryer is also available.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE Our Villa is Florida State Registered - licensed and inspected annually. (Not all villas are registered, and there has been recent issues of guests being asked to leave un-registered villas as the State are tightening up on this. We are happy to supply a copy of our curent licence of request)The cost is for the villa rental AND NOT PER PERSON and includes all taxes and utility charges! WE USE ELECTRONIC, KEYLESS LOCKS, SO YOU CAN GO DIRECTLY TO THE VILLA, NO DRIVING AROUND AFTER A LONG FLIGHT LOOKING FOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY OFFICES TO COLLECT AND RETURN KEYS!! All main amenities are within a 5 minute drive – Wal-Mart, Publix and Target Supermarkets, Chemist, Pizza Hut, KFC and various other local shops and restaurants. A Doctors, Dentist and Opticians are also close by. International Drive, the Florida Mall and Highway 192 are all within a 15-minute drive.
